Shortly after you submit your order, you will receive an email confirmation (within 24 hours)..

Our tickets are 100% guaranteed!!

We make a  photocopy of  the back of every ticket!

We keep a copy of every order here and suggest you make a copy as well. This is  recommend  as if you should lose your ticket while here on vacation you may take the photocopy and be re-issued the remainder of days that is left on your ticket.

Shipping Options:

Orders received Monday - Saturday after 1 pm, will be shipped the following business day. Orders received on Sunday will be processed but will not ship out until the following Monday.

Hotel Delivery:

For a $10.00 delivery fee, we will deliver your tickets to you at your attractions area hotel*!

We deliver 7 days a week.

*We start taking calls to schedule deliveries at 8 am & deliver until 5pm on a first call first deliver basis. *Deliveries cannot be pre scheduled in advance.

*You must call and speak to one of our representatives upon arrive at your hotel.

*Credit Card holder MUST be present with Picture Identification and original credit card used for purchase.

To protect your investment, tickets will not be left at your resort or hotel. TICKETS ARE RELEASED ONLY TO THE CREDIT CARD HOLDER!!

Upon arrival at The Official Ticket Center, located at the NW corner of Vineland Rd. (also known as State Road 535) and Poinciana Blvd., we will have your tickets ready and waiting for you. Picture identification, matching the credit card, will be required upon arrival along with the original credit card. TICKETS ARE RELEASED ONLY TO THE CREDIT CARD HOLDER!! Hours of operation 8:00am - 8:30pm EST 7 Days a week.
